My name is Dave Wardle, and I am on a journey. A journey to re-design my life from one of comfort, complacency and unconsciousness, to one of purpose, passion and principle; a journey of self-discovery, self-improvement and entrepreneurship.

My journey started when my first born child, Sofia, was diagnosed with cancer in 2003. Over the following five years of relentless painful treatments and hospitalizations, I was forced to reflect on the fragility of life, and the lack of meaning and purpose in my own life.  Inspired by Sofia’s bravery in the face of years of illness, pain and fear, I vowed to re-shape my life into something I could be proud of. This blog serves a dual purpose, firstly, to share the resources, tools and insights I discover along the way, and secondly as a way to motivate myself and accelerate progress through discussion and accountability with other bloggers and fellow journeymen.

I write about the following three main themes, although I reserve the right to go completely off topic when the mood takes me, haha.

1. CREATE MORE: Creativity, Habits, Procrastination, Productivity, Entrepreneurship, Purpose

2. GIVE MORE: Realizing your true potential through giving your gifts fully, to charity, to your community, to your loved ones, to your purpose, to all of humanity

3. BE MORE: Presence and Consciousness, Masculinity, Mental and Physical Health, Happiness
